WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We will accept returns within 15 days from the order date for a full refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Items at 50% off of more are considered final sale. 

We only ask that the following requirements are met:

  • Item/s must be in original condition and with hang tag and accessories included
  • Item/s must not have been worn, stained, washed or altered in any way
  • Item/s marked as Final Sale cannot be exchanged or returned

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.

 

HOW DO I ORGANIZE A RETURN?

  1. To start a new return, please click here. Once your return is authorized you will receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. 
  2. Pack items securely in your package of choice and include the Return Authorization number provided.
  3. Affix the return shipping label with RA number to your package.
  4. Drop your package off at a U.S. Postal Service mailbox or post office.

Items returned without a valid RA number will be returned to sender and will not be processed. 

Please note that free shipping labels are not included in international orders. If you wish to make an international return.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

We will refund you through the same method you used to pay within 7-10 business days after we have processed your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?

Lucky in Love values 100% customer satisfaction. If a product was damaged or shipped incorrectly please email info@shopluckyinlove.com immediately.
